Carol Ann Green (Turkowski), age 79, of Beloit, Wisconsin, passed away on March 19, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Chicago, IL on November 10, 1945, to Theodore and Jean (Liszak) Turkowski. Carol was first and foremost a mother who loved her three children - Jeff, Jamie, and Jason. She spoke of them often and they remained her greatest pride throughout her life. Carol worked at a bookstore before dedicating herself to raising her children as a stay-at-home mom.
Carol will be remembered for her vibrant energy, enthusiasm, and the warmth she brought to every interaction. She was genuinely friendly to everyone she met and took great joy in celebrating life's happy moments with others. She cherished her nieces, whom she helped raise, and delighted in sending holiday cards, sharing family updates, and spending time with family during the holidays.
Music was a lifelong passion for Carol, with Elvis Presley holding a special place in her heart since her teenage years. A
