Evelyn Marie Bearrows, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2025 at the age of 95, at the Apostolic Christian Home in Eureka, Illinois, surrounded by her family and special care givers. Evie was known for
her loving and kind nature, and as a person who valued and cared for her family and friends alike. She was proud of her family and loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She cherished her friends as well, staying close to her dear friends in the
'card club' over many years. Evie also enjoyed gardening and cooking, and her pies were well-known at gatherings with friends and family. She always looked forward to spending part of her summer with her family in northern Wisconsin, taking that first road trip to the Northwoods in
1959 and continuing every summer since.
