Robert "Bob" E. Haslam, 74, passed away peacefully, on Thursday afternoon, June 27th, 2024, in Durand, Illinois, with his family by his side.
He was born February 9th, 1950, in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Thomas and Bertha (Rupp) Haslam. Robert served in the United States Army from 1973-1993 as a Military Police Officer and continued his service as a civilian for the 1st Armored Division in Germany retiring in 2014. He married Odette Hust Heimeier on July 21st,1978, in Hemel Hempstead, England.
Robert enjoyed riding motorcycles, painting, fishing, cooking, and telling jokes. Robert is loved and missed by his wife; children, Louise Haslam and Anna (Nolan) Walker; grandchildren, Joscha Haslam, Ella Walker, Avery Walker, and Nora Walker.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, at McCorkle Funeral Home, 203 W. Fifth Street, Pecatonica, Illinois. C
